New York flies nonstop to Istanbul

Turkish Airlines operates nonstop flights between JFK and Newark (EWR) and Istanbul, about 10 hours. It is one of the most convenient East Coast connections to Turkey: leave at night and land in Istanbul in the late afternoon the next day.

The Dominican, Puerto Rican, Ecuadorian, Mexican and Colombian community of the tri-state area — New York, New Jersey and Connecticut — is enormous. Our Turkey tours are in Spanish from start to finish.

Passport and entry to Turkey

Most travelers on a U.S. or Latin American passport (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Ecuador and others) do not need a visa to enter Turkey as tourists for up to 90 days. Some passports require a simple e-Visa done online; we check your case when we quote. More context in our guide to traveling on a Latin American passport while living in the U.S.
